This is our incubator, it is a still air incubator. Our incubator has little slits in the bottom of it to pour water in to help maintain moisture levels, above that there is a screen for the eggs to set on so they aren’t in the water. The thermometer helps us keep the temperature in between 95 and 100 degrees. If the temperature is either to hot, or to cold the embryo won’t form.
